Growth and Internationalization
Adding value to innovative industrial startups in the region, fostering both their quantitative and qualitative growth, and instilling in their founders an awareness of entrepreneurship’s economic and ethical-social role—these are the goals behind AITI Up!, launched by the Associazione industrie ticinesi (AITI) on April 9, 2014.
The initiative is based on mentorship: senior members support startups with advice and experience, while junior members contribute fresh innovation, helping established companies renew themselves through new technologies and organizational agility.
