The Associazione Industrie Ticinesi (AITI) is the leading association for the industrial and business services sector in Ticino. It represents the region within economiesuisse, the Swiss Business Federation, and the Swiss Employers' Association. AITI is actively connected to the national and international business network, fostering relationships with counterpart organizations abroad to strengthen the industrial landscape and promote economic growth.
Education and Personnel Recruitment
Through the Fondazione Terzo Millennio and targeted initiatives, AITI provides consulting and services for human resource management and the development of industrial education programs. Additionally, through its subsidiary AITI Servizi SA, the association offers specialized services, including insurance brokerage (both personal and technical lines) and recruitment and personnel selection, supporting businesses in optimizing their workforce and risk management strategies.
