Education and Personnel Recruitment
Through the Estage initiative, the Canton of Ticino collects and publishes paid internship opportunities on the OltreconfiniTI platform, managed by the State Council’s Information and Communication Service. This program aims to attract university students from Ticino interested in gaining professional experience in the region during or between academic breaks, encouraging their return to Ticino for career development.
