B-Source is the leading company in Switzerland for IT and management services for banks and financial institutions. With the help of over 750 employees (half of which are banking and IT specialists), over the years the company has developed B-Source Master, a banking application platform which can be used for numerous purposes, including e-banking.

B-Source's headquarters has been located in Bioggio since the company's foundation.

• Over the years B-Source has expanded, opening branches in Pregassona, Adliswil and Nyon, but the headquarters has always remained in Bioggio;

B-Source has cemented its position as the leading company in Switzerland for the provision of IT and business process services, as well as back-office services (production systems, management, etc.) to banks and financial institutions, and therefore plays an important role in the outsourcing sector. With over 500 employees in Ticino alone, it is one of the biggest employers in the canton. One of the company's most important partnerships is with Avaloq, a company founded in 1985 which specialises in providing IT services for banks. The clients it has attracted over the years include numerous public and private institutions, such as BancaStato, Banque SYZ, NBAD (National Bank of Abu Dhabi) and BSI Lugano and some of its foreign branches.
